Frequently asked questions

How exactly is the cargo in the bed measured?
A level sensor (radar, ultrasonic, or weight-based — depending on cargo and bed type) is installed in the hopper or tank and transmits readings via the GPS terminal. The system calibrates the raw data into tons and displays it online.
What happens if connection is lost?
The terminal buffers data locally and sends it once the connection is restored. Track and level readings are never lost — they simply appear in the system with a delay.
Can I start without level sensors?
Yes. You can start with regular GPS monitoring (positions, tracks, speed) even from a driver's smartphone, and add level sensors later to the vehicles that need cargo control.
How does the system distinguish unloading from loading?
Unloading is a stop combined with a level drop. Loading (level rising) and short stops are filtered out. If a stop with a drop falls within a defined geofence, the unloading event is linked to it; otherwise it's marked as "outside zones".
Where is the data stored?
On our servers; data is never shared with third parties. Tracks and sensor readings are stored for 2 years and are available for reports and incident investigation.
What vehicles can be connected?
Any vehicle with a GPS/GLONASS terminal: trucks, special equipment, trailers with autonomous beacons. Cargo control requires a level sensor compatible with the bed type.
